My Philosophy

Birth is a normal, natural process that your body is perfectly capable of experiencing.

You have the right to be an active participant in your own birth experience. With that means being able and allowed to make informed choices about your doctors, your birth setting, attendees, etc.

Having a doula is a great way to ensure you have a satisfying birth experience where you feel respected, in control, supported and heard.

I can and will help you to self-advocate during this process but I cannot be your voice.

My # 1 goal is your comfort, and satisfaction. I recognize that your birth is not mine and that your choices may be different than of my own. My promise to each of my clients is that I will always respect & support your choices. I will never judge or make you doubt your instincts. I know that you are strong and capable.

My Story
Hello Beautiful People,

My name is Nicole. I am 27 years old and a mother of 5 wonderful children. I am located in Carlisle, PA. I have always been fascinated by our bodies abilities to grow life and the changes our bodies go through in the process. After choosing a home birth with my youngest child I decided being a Doula was a fit for me and I wanted to help others experience the comfortable empowering supported pregnancy that everyone deserves. Having experienced pre-term labor, hospital births, and a home birth I have the ability to connect and relate to many.
With my home birth I also decided that I would experience encapsulating my placenta since I previously dealt with post partum depression in my earlier pregnancies. In doing that I noticed a huge change in my post partum moods, energy, and overall experience with post partum.
